Text Messaging Terms

Program name and description

Program name: Dr. Brion Gardner, M.D. Patient Messaging.

Through this program, we send text messages for appointment reminders and scheduling, responses to inquiries, and missed-call follow-ups.

How to opt in

You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our appointment request form. The box is unchecked by default, and you can submit the form without checking it.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your text messaging plan.

How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP or call (703) 393-1667 for help.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive more text messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
